13. Is there a ban on the use of state resources in favour or against a political party or candidate?

Ministerial Decree No. 77 of 2006 on the organization of electoral propaganda for the elections of the members of the Council of Representatives and the municipal councils in Article (3):
It is prohibited for each candidate to carry out electoral propaganda, including organizing, holding and organizing meetings
Posters and advertisements inside or outside or on the following places and facilities:
Mosques, mansions and other places of worship.
B) The ministries, departments and affiliated agencies, government buildings and institutions
Public bodies and the like, and public places for public services.
C) Universities, scientific institutes and public and private schools.
(D) Monuments, monuments, archaeological buildings and surrounding fences.
(E) poles of electricity, lighting, telephone, traffic lights and traffic signs;
F) The headquarters of the supervisory committees and the farming and sorting committees.
(G) Bridges, tunnels, dowries, street islands, intersections, pavements and trees
(H) Means of transport and public vehicles.
