13. Is there a ban on the use of state resources in favour or against a political party or candidate?

Political Party law No 29.11, article 38
"The Party shall not receive any direct or indirect support from any national group, public foundation, or public legal person, similarly, the party shall not receive support from companies owned by the state, national groups, public foundations, or any public legal person, or part of its capital."

The party may not receive any direct or indirect subsidy from local authorities, public establishments, legal entities governed by public law or companies whose capital is held, in whole or in part, by the State, local authorities, establishments public bodies or legal persons governed by public law.
