14. Is there a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during a non-election specific period?

The limit amount (300.000 UI) per civil year is related to the contribution received but the political parties rather than the origin (natural or legal persons). The amount can increase three times if the recipient integrates a national or departmental organ in the political parties or he/she is a Senator, Deputy, Intendent, Local Counselor, or Minister. For corporations with legal contracts with the public administration, the limit is 10.000 UI (index units) per year.
