29. What are the eligibility criteria for political parties to receive public funding?

Art. 25: (1) State subsidy shall be granted to:
1. the political parties, which at the last elections for Members of Parliament have received not less than one per cent of the actual votes in the country and abroad, with the exception of the votes under Art. 279, para. 1, item 6 of the Electoral Code;
2. the coalitions, which in the last elections for Members of Parliament have received not less than 4 per cent of the actual votes in the country and abroad, with the exception of the votes under Art. 279, para. 1, item 6 of the Electoral Code.;
