56. Which institution(s) is responsible for examining financial reports and/or investigating violations?

Article 27, Organic Law 99-70 on Court of Accounts, 17 February 1999

"The Court [of Audit] may also exercise control over the use of resources collected from the public as part of national campaigns appealing to public generosity undertaken by any public or private organization. The purpose of such control is to verify compliance of expenditures of these organizations [...]. If applicable, it may include checks with organizations that have been beneficiaries of the resources collected in these campaigns.
