47. Do political parties have to report regularly on their finances?

Banking or other institutions are obliged to weekly, and at the request of the Central Election Commission, within 24 hours, to submit to the Central Election Commission information on the receipt and expenditure of funds in the special account of a candidate, political party. The specified information, as it becomes available, is subject to mandatory placement by the Central Election Commission on the official website, taking into account the legislation on personal data and bank secrecy.
