9. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with government contracts to political parties?

The Article 41.3 only mentions: legal entities that have a state or municipal share in the authorized capital, as well as enjoy privileges in the payment of taxes, fees and other mandatory payments are prohibited from giving donations.
