8. Is there a ban on anonymous donations to candidates?

"Voluntary donations to electoral funds are prohibited: - anonymous donations (an anonymous donor means a citizen who has not indicated one of the following information: last name, first name, patronymic, residence address, passport data, and also if they have indicated false information about themselves)."
