4. Is there a ban on corporate donations to candidates?

It is prohibited to donate to the electoral fund of a candidate or political party by legal entities, individuals carrying out entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity and having debts to the state budget or the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.
