21. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to political parties?

Article 29, Political Parties Charter, 2009 as amended by Law 32/PR/2019

There is no limit on individuals donations per se but a global limit on all donations and bequests received annually by political parties. Those cannnot exceed 20% of the party's annual financial resources.
