34. Are there provisions for free or subsidized access to media for candidates?

For presidential candidates there is free access to state television and radio. For parliemantary candidates the provisions related with political parties apply. Even though the candidates can attend to debates on TV and radio, it is not free or subsidized. Regulation only specifies that they can.
