18. Is there a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a candidate?

for each round of election each donation to a presidential candidate cannot exceed the total monthly gross payment of the highest public employee. This only applies to presidential candidates. Party based provisions apply to party candidates for parliamntary seats.
