5. Is there a ban on donations from Trade Unions to political parties?

Turkish Political Parties Law. Article 66. Kamu kurumu niteliğindeki meslek kuruluşları, işçi ve işveren sendikaları ile bunların üst kuruluşları, dernekler, vakıflar ve kooperatifler, özel kanunlarında yer alan hükümlere uymak koşuluyla siyasi partilere maddi yardım ve bağışta bulunabilirler. 

Professional organizations in the nature of public institutions, labor and employer unions and their superior organizations, associations, foundations and cooperatives, on the condition that they comply with the provisions of their special laws, can make financial aid and donations to parties.

Turkish Political Parties Law allows for donations from trade unions to political parties.
