32. Are there provisions for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

Source: art. 12, the Law of Ukraine on Political Parties in Ukraine, 2001: "The political parties shall have the right: 3) to use public media, as well as to establish their own media as provided for by the respective laws of Ukraine."

"Політичні партії мають право: 3) використовувати державні засоби масової інформації, а також засновувати власні засоби масової інформації, як передбачено відповідними законами України;"

The law provides a blanket norm allowing political parties to use public media. It however does not grant any reserved or free time for political parties on public media.
