15. If there is a limit on the amount a donor can contribute to a political party during a non-election specific period, what is the limit?

over one year shall not exceed four hundred minimum monthly salaries, providing that the amount of the minimum monthly salary shall be established as of January 1 of the year when the donation was made. The overall value of donation(s) made in support of political party by the legal entity over one year shall not exceed eight hundred minimum monthly salaries, providing that the amount of the minimum monthly salary shall be established as of January 1 of the year when donation was made."

"Загальний розмір (сума) внеску (внесків) на підтримку політичної партії від громадянина України протягом одного року не може перевищувати чотирьохсот розмірів мінімальної заробітної плати, встановленої на 1 січня року, в якому здійснювалися внески. Загальний розмір (сума) внеску (внесків) на підтримку політичної партії від юридичної особи протягом року не може перевищувати восьмисот розмірів мінімальної заробітної плати, встановленої на 1 січня року, в якому здійснювалися внески."
