6. Is there a ban on donations from Trade Unions to candidates?

The art. 15 of the Law on Political Parties in Ukraine is a single article which figures out all aspects related to foreign donations (in any kind). Generally, all donations are to be made through PP. The exceptions are minor: the electoral fund of self-nominated candidate to the Presiden of Ukraine and electoral funds of self-nominated deputies to local councils of villages or small towns. Donations to these are subject to the same limits as laid down for political parties.
