33. What criteria determine allocation for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

The obligations provided by the Election Code of Georgia for equal allotment of airtime, creation of equal conditions for participating in debates, and for setting equal conditions for election advertising shall apply only to the broadcasters referred to in paragraphs 5, 6, and 6(1) of Article 51 of Election Code of Georgia and only in relation to qualified electoral subjects (a subject that is qualified for getting public funding).
