12. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with partial government ownership to candidates?

Article 26, Organic Law of Georgia on Political Associations of Citizens, 1997.

According to Georgian legislation, political parties/candidates may not accept donations from state bodies, state organizations, legal persons under public law, state-owned enterprises, except for the cases set out in the law.
