11. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with partial government ownership to political parties?

Article 26, Organic Law of Georgia on Political Associations of Citizens, 1997.

According to Georgian legislation, political parties may not accept donations from state bodies, state organizations, legal persons under public law, state-owned enterprises, except for the cases set out in the law.
