TRANSMISSION OF RESULTS
The results are then transmitted by the Assistant Returning Officer to the Regional office in a sealed envelope.
The Regional Electoral Office will then verify, certify and transmit the results to the IEC Headquarters for announcement by the Chairman over Gambia Radio Television Services (GRTS).
Proper care must always be maintained when results are being tabulated to ensure that all figures are correct.
