Article 85(1). The main polling station determines with regard to each list:

a. the number of votes cast for each candidate;

b. the sum of the numbers of votes referred to under a, this sum is called the vote number.

(2). The chairman announces the results thus obtained.

(3). Objections can be raised by the voters present in the room.
