Does the country publish full voter registers at the national level online?

Data has been provided by the Population Project. 

Some states (e.g. Nevada) require filling out a form and then let users download a CSV file. Some other states (e.g. New York) require filling out a form and then send a disc containing the data. Some others (e.g.Texas) provide data on a county by county basis. Moreover, some companies have compiled the data and sell it wholesale or state by state.
