23. Is there a ban on political parties engaging in commercial activities?

Article 14 of the Law on Political Parties

• Political parties may acquire movable and immovable property in order to carry out their statutory tasks as non-profit organisations, but section 22 LCA makes it clear that they are prohibited from obtaining income from shares and other securities.
