Comment

 If political parties do not submit their reports regarding income and expenses the EMB has the power to suspend public funding up to 3 years and 2 elections. Political parties can lose the public  if they do not respect spending limits. The EMB also has the power to deduct public funding depending on the degree of compliance of political parties. If candidates do not submit information regarding their donor they have to pay fines. Those who donate violating political finance laws also have to pay fines.
