50. Do third parties have to report on election campaign finances?

Art. 64  Law 6501/20 

A third party is not required to submit financial reports. Nevertheless, it is worth noting that a candidate's spouse has to submit an economic interest declaration to the corresponding political movement or party. The movements and parties have to send these declarations to the EMB three days after receiving them.
