26. Is there a ban on donors to political parties/candidates participating in public tender/procurement processes?

Art. 282 a) Law 6167/2018

 There are no restrictions to ban donors from participating in public tender/public procurement processes. However, it should be noted that there are many restrictions regarding companies contributing to electoral campaigns. Political parties cannot receive contributions from companies with private-public ownership, companies with concession contracts from the government, binational entities, multinationational companies or entities that represent the private sector.
