43. Are there limits on the amount that third parties can spend on election campaign activities?

[…] Charitable organizations whose names may be associated with the names of the parties participating in the elections, the names of the candidates, and during the election campaign may not be charitable in the communities where the elections are held, which are attended by those candidates, parties or candidates.
