10. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with government contracts to candidates?

"Every political party is entitled to accept contribution offered to it by any person or company voluntarily, other than a Government company."

The ban applies to donations from ‘government corporations’, which are defined as government-owned corporations (See the Companies Act 1956); they aren’t ‘contractors’ to the government, but arms of the government.
