2. Is there a ban on donations from foreign interests to candidates?

“Article 24: Donations and bequests granted to political organisations and politicians (...) A political organisation or a politician are not allowed to receive donations and bequests granted by: 1º foreigners; 2º foreign States;(...)5º foreign business companies or industries, and organisations owned by foreigners or in which foreigners are shareholders”.
