51. Is information in reports from political parties and/or candidates to be made public?

Political Party Contribution System, No. 155, 2019  (active as of 1 July 2020)

Article 9 -  

a. The party submits the annual budget and approved financial statements for the previous fiscal year to the committee and publishes it on its website, if any, within three months of the end of the fiscal year 

b.  The committee publishes the party's annual budget on the ministry's website.
