47. Do political parties have to report regularly on their finances?

Art 29 "

A. A party shall appoint a certified accountant to audit its annual accounts and financial

statements.

B. A party shall send the following to the Committee annually within three months from

the end of the fiscal year:

1. A copy of its ratified annual budget and financial statements of the previous year

in accordance with its charter.

2. A statement signed by the Secretary-General with a breakdown of the party’s

financial resources."
