30. What is the allocation calculation for political parties to receive public funding?

September 1, 2018, the Law 1096 on Political Organizations

"Art 75- a) Equality: 60% to be distributted equally to all parties or alliances. (...) b) 40% to be distributted according to the percentage of  votes received by political parties or alliances in the same type of electoral process. In case of alliances it is the addition of all votes (%).
