1. Is there a ban on donations from foreign interests to political parties?

September 1, 2018, the Law 1096 on Political Organizations  Art 71

Article 71 on restrictions b) "any foreign entity, publlic or private (...) IV. exempt from the restrictions the donation from foreign entitities, the donations executed through the EMB which in turn will distribute it according to equality  and propotionality criteria"
