21. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to political parties?

There is no limit on the type of donations a political party can receive, although there is a limit for the amount of money this donation represents. As per Article 16, in-kind donations are defined as the provision of free services or goods in favor of a political party. If, according to the market value and practices, the value of such contribution reaches 5,000 electoral modules which is the equivalent of ARS 67,500 (approx. USD 1,474), the contributor and the political party that receives the donation must subscribe to a record by means of which they identify the contribution and provide its features and estimated value. The monetary value of in-kind contributions is calculated and considered accordingly.
