51. Is information in reports from political parties and/or candidates to be made public?

"The Agency shall publish on its website the reports referred to in Article 50 of this Law within seven days from the day of receipt."

"The Agency shall publish on its website the report referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article within 7 days from the day of receipt."

Article 53(3), Law on Financing Political Entities and Election Campaigns, 2014 - last amended on December 27, 2019.

"The Agency shall publish on its website the report referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article within 24 hours from the moment of receipt.".

"The Agency shall publish the documents referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Article on its website within seven days from the date of receipt."

Article 48(6), Law on Financing Political Entities and Election Campaigns, 2014 - last amended on December 27, 2019.

All campaign finance reports submitted to the APC are published by the latter on its website within 7 days upon receipt for  the15-day donation and final campaign finance reports and within 24 hours upon receipt for interim reports.

The annual financial reports are published by the APC on its website within 7 days upon receipt.
