36. Is the provision of direct public funding to political parties tied to gender equality among candidates?

"Financial resources referred to in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of this Article shall be distributed in equal amounts to political entities having won seats in the Parliament and/or municipal assemblies, and the remaining 60% shall be distributed in proportion to the total number of MP and/or councillor seats they have at the time of distribution, while the remaining 20% shall be distributed in equal amounts to political entities in the Parliament and/or municipal assemblies, in proportion to the number of elected representatives of the underrepresented gender."
