36. Is the provision of direct public funding to political parties tied to gender equality among candidates?

§ 3. On the list of candidates:
1) the number of candidates - women may not be less than 35% of the number of all candidates on the list;
2) the number of candidates - men may not be less than 35% of the number of all candidates on the list.
