The law provides for alternative voting methods, specifically, early, postal, and out-of-country voting. Voters who cannot go to their polling station on election day can vote in advance at designated municipality premises. Postal voting via a designated service is allowed for voters in health and social care institutions, prisons and detention centres, and those in military service.13 Voters who register for out-of-country voting can vote by post or in diplomatic and consular offices during a 10-day period prior to the election.
