If the EMB uses technology to collect voter registration data, is biometric data captured and used during registration?

Ever since January 1999, biometric technology is used when issuing personal identification documents as a means of preventing the attempts of impersonation. At first, only two fingerprints were automatically verified. In August 2008, the facial recognition was included as additional automatic identity verification. A third innovation took place in March 2010 with the scanning of all 10 fingerprints.
