At the moment we do not use open source solutions. We do not have an official stance for or against open source software. The source code of the Internet Voting System is published under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License (https://github.com/vvk-ehk/ivxv). The next generation electronic vote tabulation system however will be open source.
