22. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to candidates?

“Art. 68.- Los partidos o movimientos políticos no podrán aceptar o recibir directa o indirectamente: f) contribuciones o donaciones individuales superiores al equivalente a 5.000 (cinco mil) jornales mínimos para actividades diversas no especificadas por cada ejercicio anual, ya sea de personas físicas o jurídicas.”

There is no limitation on the type of donations a political party can recieve, although there is a limitation on the amount of money this donation represents that only targets political parties.
