33. What criteria determine allocation for free or subsidized access to media for political parties?

Elections and Referenda Campaign Act 2007, amended 2013, Article 6.

Candidates, presidential candidates and parties are entitled to equal time during electoral campaigns. At least one third of the total time reserved by RTV Slovenia must be at the disposal for the political parties that are not represented in the National Assembly and in the European Parliament.
