29. What are the eligibility criteria for political parties to receive public funding?

Political Parties Act 1994, amended 2014, Article 23.

At least 1% of the votes in the country or at least 1.2% if the joint list belongs to two Parties, or at least 1.5% if the joint list belongs to three or more Parties.
