29. What are the eligibility criteria for political parties to receive public funding?

While a modicum of state financing exists in the form of a subvention to parliamentary parties and duty free access to election paraphernalia and vehicles, third (smaller) parties are excluded as these benefits are made available only to political parties with representation in the outgoing parliament.
