29. What are the eligibility criteria for political parties to receive public funding?

Art. 33 - "(5) Political parties are entitled to receive funds from the federal budget in one of the following cases: a) If according to results of elections the federal list of candidates nominated by political parties for elections of deputies of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation has received not lesser than 3 percent of electors’ votes to have been participating in voting for the federal electoral district; c) If according to results of elections the registered candidate for the post of the President of Russian Federation nominated by political party has not lesser than 3 percent of electors' votes to have been participating in voting."
