8. Is there a ban on anonymous donations to candidates?

PART IV (34), Financing of Political Parties Act, 2015, ammended in 2016

34. Political parties shall not receive donations:

(c) given anonymously.

P.3 'The authorities of Malta now inform that the following rules, which are identical for parties and independent election candidates, are included in the FPPA.
