48. Do political parties have to report on their election campaign finances?

Art 49 'Supervision and Performance of Accounts
1. The entities competing for the elections must, within a maximum period of 30 days after the official proclamation of the results of the ballot, give detailed accounts of their electoral campaign to the National Election Commission and publish them in the Official Gazette.'
