13. Is there a ban on the use of state resources in favour or against a political party or candidate?

Art 53 ‘In any way, the use of public office or public funds is prohibited in the electoral campaign of the candidate, and does not fall within the places set by the state and the local administration units at the disposal of candidates and political parties.’ Source 2014 The General Elections Law nr 5
