49. Do candidates have to report on their election campaign finances?

Art 57 ‘1. Each presidential election candidate shall submit a final account of the income and expenses of his electoral campaign to the Court not later than thirty days from the date of the announcement of the final results of the elections. 2. Each candidate or political party for the elections has to submit a final account of the revenues and expenses of his electoral campaign to the Supreme Committee within thirty days of the elections. From the date of the final results. 3. The final account submitted under the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall indicate all funds used in the electoral campaign and their sources, provided that such account is audited by a legal accountant for political parties.’ Source 2014 The General Elections Law nr 5
