48. Do political parties have to report on their election campaign finances?

Art 14. 1 'All candidates shall submit to the Commission an Assets and Liabilities form (Form 2) with their nomination papers, and political parties shall submit Form 2. '

Art 14.2 'Fifteen (15) days after the announcement of final results of each election, including by-elections, the political party or candidate shall furnish to the Commission a report of assets, liabilities, a financial summary, contributions and expenses by completing Forms 2,3, 4 and 5'
